The Bus has technical issues in Lublin city …time was about at 9:30 … and bus couldn’t continue the journey…..i have on that date fly from warsaw airport at 11:40 gate close … so i steped down and took a Taxi to the airport..cost me 700 zolot polish curancy .. i need a compensation for paying taxi …

Автобус має технічні проблеми в місті Люблін ... Час був приблизно о 9:30 ... і автобус не міг продовжувати подорож ... .. Я маю на цій даті, щоб полетіти з аеропорту Варшава в 11:40 ворота закрити ... Так що я вийшов і взяв таксі до аеропорту .. .. Мені потрібна компенсація за оплату таксі ...

Overall the trip was very long and the bus was filled to maximum capacity.

The ventilation+ air conditioning system had problems. It was sometimes too hot and then suddenly too cold. The ventilation sometimes turn on when there wasn't a need for it. It should be looked at by a qualified mechanic.

But considering the technical problems, the drivers were very courteous and did their best to accommodate the needs of the passengers.

They were the best part of the trip.

The bus was newer and clean. Both drivers were polite, helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the border for over 8 hours- driver made sure to stop next to toilets and food. Appreciate their help. Thank you

Good service. The driver called in advance and made sure I could get on.

It took a while to pass a border (8 hours) so I had to change the a bus exactly in the border to be in the airport on time. I don’t think it was fair that I had to pay for it because ticket information said very wrong time of arrival. Also, another bus wasn’t going to the airport directly so I had to pay for taxi too. As a result it was the most nervous road I ever had with 20 euros of extra expenses
